There are probably several fan dubs on YouTube or something.

I won't be watching this on principle, simply because they decided to humanise Tom Nook and rationalise his excesses. Put simply Tom Nook is an evil, bourgeoise, hyper-capitalistic, usurious money lending shylock bankster of a loan shark. People like Tom Nook are what stops your world from being the utopian paradise it could be. Tom Nook's whole agenda is to keep the small man down, that is how he derives his power over your town and gathers his riches. You can't even kill the man because he has the mayor and law enforcement on his side, he owns it all, everything and the moment you step into his world, he owns you.
