    Overview

    The annihilator beam fires sonic blasts that automatically seek targets, even if Samus is not locked on to an enemy. It is effective against both light and dark enemies. When fired at light beacons or light crystals, the beam will "super" energize them, luring any Ing into the energy field and instantly vaporizing them.

    The annihilator beam's charge combo is the sonic boom, which requires five missiles and thirty units of both dark and light ammo to fire.
