    Blanc is the goddess of the area known as Lowee in the Hyperdimension Neptunia series. Her character is a thinly-veiled anthropomorphic reference to Nintendo and the Wii. She has the ability to transform into White Heart.

    Blanc's color palette of white and blue is derived from the Wii. In Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory, which is set in the 1980s, Blanc wears clothing with a white and red color scheme that references the Famicom.
