Escape from Monster Manor (known in Japan as Virtual Horror: Norowarate Yakata, the sub-title loosely translated to "Cursed Mansion") is a horror-themed first-person shooter developed by Studio 3DO and published by Electronic Arts for the 3DO Interactive Multiplayer in 1993.

One of the earliest games from the studio (along with Twisted: The Game Show), Escape from Monster Manor is a simple first-person shooter similar to Wolfenstein 3-D and was developed exclusively for the 3DO. It is one of the earliest first-person shooters to include high-color graphics and redbook audio.

Armed solely with a handgun that fires bolts of electricity, players explore 12 sections of a vast and haunted mansion in order to collect pieces of a talisman, as restoring it banishes the evil spirits from the world. The game is known for its unique HUD, with the player's ammo displayed as a gauge on the weapon itself and the player's health conveyed by the player's gun hand (which becomes noticeably gaunt and decrepit the more damage is received).
