After being banished from Mexico for killing a man in the ring, luchador wrestler Killbane came back to Steelport in order to reestablish his glory. With his tag team partner Angel De La Muerte, they formed a gang called the Luchadores. They both ran the gang together but Killbane grew jealous of Angel's success so he publicly unmasked Angel, disgracing him and forcing him into hiding. Specializing in drug dealing, gambling, and muscle, Killbane and his crew are a force to be reckoned with. He also frequently uses Greco-Roman metaphors.
