Neptune's Bounty is the third location (counting the welcome) that you visit in Rapture. It used to be the fish market for Rapture as well as housing the Rapture post office and the Fighting McDonagh's Tavern. It also is where Fontaine's Fisheries can be found, which actually acted as Frank Fontaine's smugglers HQ. The place is now occupied by Peach Wilkins, who was the head of Fontaine's team of smugglers. In order you get access to the fisheries, Wilkins asks that you take 3 research photos of Spider Splicers. The objective of Neptune's Bounty is to make you way through the Fontaine's Fisheries and into the smugglers' run where Atlas would like you to meet his family.
