@zombiepie: If you can recall the concept video for Silent Hills I am up for it. I imagine an Ito x Kojima game would be dialogue heavy. Kojima might go back to the policenauts/snatchers vibe to convey Ito's horror. Uzumaki is basically Silent Hills but without the guns, cult, and happy endings. I am not an expert on Junji Ito btw. haha!
