This has to be the most beautiful games I've ever played. Not only does this game have a meaningful, well-written story, but it has topped the most advanced graphical benchmarks. And by an independent polish team. Wow.

If my heart belongs to Witcher 2, my soul belongs to Deus Ex. This game is simply a modern classic. Everything about this game is fine tuned to constantly entertain the player. Now if only the facial animations were better during the dialogs. Ugh.

Although it didn't surpass Uncharted 2, there's nothing wrong to stand right by it. It's just as good, just as beautiful, and it's just another of Drake's adventures. Like any good adventure movie, people will have favourites, even though they're all amazing.

One of the most underrated and underrapreciated game of the year. It has the best shooting mechanics i've seen in years, period. Just go shoot at a mutant with any weapon in this game, you'll see.

Gears of War may be the most boring series ever to me, but the third part managed to surprise me in every single way. This is not only a great game, but an incredible package worthy to be kept for the years to come.

Most of sony's exclusives of this year went under the radar for some reason, but I'm glad I did not miss on one of the most fun I've had with my electrified hands in a long time.

Dead Space 2 is the Uncharted of the horror genre. The first game was rather traditionnal, but the second, oh man did they push everything to the max.
