With the release of Pokemon HG and SS, I decided to finally live the dream of a (nearly) full Eevee team. Unfortunately,  I've run into a problem with a member of my team. My Umbreon sucks! If we're not fighting Psychic-types, He's useless! Any suggestions on how to shape him up to aide in my quest to be the very best would be welcome.
