Best games of this generation
My choice for the greatest games released on the Xbox 360, PS3 and Wii. (No particular order).

The game that made me buy a PS3.
Games don't need their Citizen Kane. Movies need their Metal Gear Solid 4.
One of the games I've spent the most time with this generation. Two complete playthroughs, will probably do a third before Mass Effect 3. Arguably the best single player game of this generation.
The best Halo game and the most addictive multiplayer experience ever. For me, that is.
In a way, this game is everything that's great about this generation. Downloadable, cheap, and seemingly endless amounts of content. Difficult, but not in that Demon's/Dark Souls way.
I don't own a Wii, but I've at least gotten my hands on all their big franchises on the Wii. This is the best and most innovative thing Nintendo has done in a decade.
The first game that really took me somewhere I couldn't go on the previous consoles. Deep, challenging. I still think about this game to this day.
Simultaneously nostalgic and forward thinking. The best fighting game... ever?
This is a game I could write paragraph after paragraph about, but I'll just say... it's amazing.
Another truly next-gen experience.
