@ryanwho: For real son. Anyways wait for a UI overhaul. Like oblivion, I pretty much said "fuck it" to encumbrance and downloaded a mod to remove it. Why give me all that stuff if I can't carry it? In my opinion it was a way to artificially lengthen the game. So your in the middle of a cave looting session, you reached your allotted weight and are too low a level to use feather spells or not apt at making potions. You drop one of the items so you can fast travel to the nearest town to sell all the stuff to find out that the merchant doesn't have enough money to buy all your shit. And since your only level 8 your not opulent enough to buy a house, so you have no chest to store your shit.

All of this is remedied with a good mod here and there but it's little things like that that hinder this game a bit.

But alas I will still play the shit out of Skyrim, as I did with Oblivion, vexing development choices be damned.

Good sir, did you read the rest of the post? The game gets lonely but it does not stop being fun. The aforementioned co op mode would not diminish the game. No, if done correctly it would lengthen the game and if Bethesda's smart, they will make it in such a way that it will not disturb your single player experience. Call me crazy but I'm pretty sure the next Fallout is going to have some form of multiplayer. And depending on how people react to that then they'll apply it to the next Elder Scrolls.

I wouldn't mind SOME type of connection with another player. I spent over 300 hours in Oblivion spread across 3 different characters (two on the 360 and one on the PC)and trust me when I tell you that shit gets lonely sometimes lol. It's the same gripe I had with Torchlight, you spend all this time upgrading you character, looting caves, exploring ect and the only way you can share it with other people is if you take a pic of it and post it on a forum.

Sometimes when exploring in Oblivion and I had a friend online who was also playing I would invite him party chat and we would shoot the shit while exploring the same cave and comparing what we got,what monsters we encountered ect. Also, wouldn't it be cool to actually SHOW your friends that the giant mudcrab exists to prove it's not just poppycock? Wouldn't you like to go jump off dive rock with your friends? Wouldn't it be awesome to drink an obscene amount of skooma and play tag?

And that's a small portion of what you might be able to do WITHOUT mods. Now if two players had the Midas Magic mod....Giant Dragonian Lightsaber Fireworks battle!

I'd rather have Dave in there. I really dislike Patick for some reason. At first I thought it was his voice but when I saw him on a live show I REALLY started disliking him. Maybe it's his hair. Or maybe it's my distaste for youngsters. That's not to say he doesn't know his stuff. I just don't wan to hear or see him lol.
