Games certain people always want me to play.

I don't get a lot of recommendations for games to do, but when I do, it seems that people REALLY want me to play this game. These are the games people won't shut up about. Hell, I'll even list the people who keep pushing the games on me :P. I'll add more as people keep pestering me.

For some reason, I'm noticing that a lot of them are either PC games or games that might as well be on the PC. A sign that I should get into PC gaming, perhaps?
