@ShinyD3mon: They told me i had to supply my own box so i can't help you there. But i think once you ship it to them it is easy for them to fix the E74 error. I say this because i shipped mine in on Monday and by Thursday i received it back. About the 1 month free of Xbox live, I received a free 1 month card so i think it's a standard thing if your Xbox breaks.

Regardless of the poll it's a fact that most 360s are extremely unreliable.
