The comms are so remarkably bad anytime Giant Bomb ever plays a co-op game like a battle royale or PvE game like Deep Rock Galactic. It’s a time-honoured tradition. I think the only time they pulled it together was for GB Crime Crew because the feature depended on it and they had to coordinate to finish those GTA heists.

@garnsr: quite honestly Jan used to be able to be entertaining during wrestling talk but with just one other person or with just Grubb and Dan he’s a wreck. Ben and Jan or Jan and Gerstmann used to be really solid with wrestling talk and I hate wrestling, especially in the last two years.

It’s really just that there’s two people on this bombcast that are playing the same good game and the same bad game and yada yada. Plus Grubb is still getting over being sick.

Game of the week is Dredge. It’s fucking incredible, go play it and yeah

PayDay 2 is awesome! Can take a bit to level up get perks unlocks and such though. A lot of repetition.

@garnsr: i'm with you. i hate wrestling and all the wrestling talk is a turn off. bombcast needs timestamps for wrestling.

other videos it's not so much an issue because it doesn't come up as much so i don't mind it, but the bombcast regularly has pretty big chunks of wrestling talk that i would like to skip.

edit: aside from the wrestling i thought the show was totally fine with just the 2 of them. i disagree with the criticisms about that.

Wow, can't remember the last time I saw a two person bombcast.

In regards to special edition Series X Consoles maybe you just haven't been paying close attention. Just off the top of my head I remember they released the Halo Infinite special console and the ugly Far Cry 6 console.
And I suppose it doesn't count since there was only one, they gave away a Series X that looked like Claptrap 🥹
