Still Not able to watch any videos on this site! Only can watch via downloads, can't watch any live content this player is still broken? Why wasn't this all tested a head of time and should have kept the old player running as a backup!

Been excited for this one for a minute. It being on Gamepass is just icing on the cake.

On paper I should love this game but something about it is totally not grabbing me.

@demoniccore: I’ve had this issue since early October on my very old (2009) iMac. I haven’t updated the OS for years because I literally can’t, and there was something like root certificates expiring for a wide variety of sites (like Wikipedia, oddly). It’s also blocking most live broadcasts, but that’s probably helped my general productivity during work hours. If you’re also using an old machine, that could be it.

Oh yeah the video game. I would say I’m intrigued by this, even if I might end up disappointed. But since it’s on Game Pass, I’m definitely going to check it out.

A lot of the elements seem cool to me but the shooting doesn't look particularly satisfying. Maybe it feels better than it looks in the video, but it seems like a bit hurdle for a game with a decent amount of shooting.

@allthedinos: I've got the same expired certificate issue with all browsers on my 2009 MacBook Pro. If anyone is looking for a workaround, here's a way I've found that works:

1) Log into Giant Bomb's homepage on a device that can access it normally (I used my phone), and navigate to the "All our Podcast Feeds!" permanent feature slot below the recent videos.

2) Copy the RSS link for the "All Videos" feed, under the Premium section.

3) Using an RSS reader site (I'm using a free Feedly account), set up an RSS feed using that link.

4) Using an Incognito window (I'm using Chrome) on your iMac, access that RSS reader site and click on a link to one of the videos in the feed.

5) An "ERR_CERT_DATE_INVALID" error window will pop up, but if you click the "Advanced" button, you will see a link to continue to the site (marked as "unsafe").

6) At this point, it should take you to a logged-out session of giantbomb.com. Once you log in to your account, you should be able to use the site like normal (streaming videos, downloading files, watching live streams, etc.). I leave my Incognito window open at all times, in order to avoid having to go through this process whenever I want to use the website.

Even after successfully logging in, you will sometimes still get the "ERR_CERT_DATE_INVALID" error window. You can follow Step 5 again, and it should go back to normal. I usually encounter this issue if I don't use my Incognito Giant Bomb session for a couple of days.

Cool! I've had my eye on this one for a while now. I'm so happy it's on gamepass too.

@big_denim: Gamepass really coming through with the big indies recently.

It has slo-mo, I will check this out.

But the controls seems clunky, slo-mo too limited for the amount of enemies. Inventory seems wonky and like it will annoy you after -5min.
