    Overview

System 3 Software was founded in 1983 by Marc Cale in London, England. They released their first game (World Karate Championship) in 1985. They continued to release games for all popular platforms, including the Amiga and C64. Their most notable titles, some of which still enjoy a cult following, are The Last Ninja, International Karate+ and Putty. System 3 Software is still operating today, albeit under the different name of System 3 Interactive, and produces games for mobile devices, handhelds and home entertainment systems. They still use some of their old IPs for newer games.
