Wow, and I thought the almost-1,000 comments Brad got for his Call of Duty: World at War giveaway was impressive. I suppose I should never underestimate the seductive power of free stuff! So, with a little help from random.org, here are our winners.
I've always wanted to play the telltale sam and max games (being a big fan of old lucas adventures) but didnt really buy into the whole episodic thing. Was waiting for them all to come out in a package like this. Don't get me wrong I like the idea of episodic gaming, I just don't feel that its for me. I like my games to last me a while rather than being able to play through and complete in one sitting. Eyeing this game up, just waiting for the funding to become available =]
Being that i have never played a Point and click adventure game (unless you count Penny arcade's game) but i think i would totally be willing to play this.
I have been planning on getting this on the Wii for a long time, but I prefer playing games on the 360, mainly because of the achievements. I am glad this came out so I can buy it all in one, convenient package.
That screenshot has perked up my interest. I never played a Sam & Max game before, they always looked funny and a great small time, but it never really grabbed screamed at me. :p
Hey, remember those contests you guys ran where users had to come up with the best contest idea? Why don't you use some of those ideas instead of the: "Post in the comments and we'll randomly pick someone" thing?
"My two cents" and its longer version "put my two cents in" is an American idiomatic expression, taken from the original British idiom expression: to put in "my two pennies worth" or "my tuppence worth". It used to preface the tentative stating of one’s opinion. By deprecating the opinion to follow — suggesting its value is only two cents, a very small amount — the user of the phrase hopes to lessen the impact of a possibly contentious statement, showing politeness and humility. However, it is also sometimes used with irony when expressing a strongly felt opinion. The phrase is also used out of habit to preface uncontentious opinions.
Then I guess it's confession time: Â I've never played Sam & Max. Â Not the originals, not the new ones, none of them. Â I'd like to, but I probably never will.

I could totally use some awesomeness and hilarity in my life! Â I've just started really getting into XBLA stuff and realized that I needed a break from the more hardcore/intense games. Â Plus free...what the hell else more could you want?

I love the fact that Adventure gaming is becoming populer again, though Sam and Max were never may favourite characters (though they are funny and interesting) I love that they have become Mascots for Adventure gamings return :)
