Xbox Live Users Weigh In On The Issues... Or Do They?

Microsoft announces the results of an Xbox Live poll on the issues as the presidential elections draw near.

Microsoft and Rock the Vote have been teamed up for a bit now, delivering "get the Xbox Live headset out of ya throat and go vote" messages to the Halo-loving masses. They've also been polling people via free gamerpics that they're counting up as votes for specific issues.

In the most recent poll, people were asked to download the gamer picture that represented the issue that they most care about. And here are your results!
  • 35%        Jobs and the Economy
  • 19%        Environment
  • 18%        Foreign Policy
  • 14%        Health Care
  • 14%        Education

Microsoft issued a release on these results and isn't really trying to paint these numbers as scientific, and that's probably for the best, because if you really wanted to, you could download every one of the free icons. Also, the icon for Jobs and the Economy was, by far, the best one of the bunch.

It's a dollar sign with a fat graph behind it. How could anyone pick anything else?

I don't know what the other gamerpics looked like, and frankly I don't care. The Jobs and Economy icon is clearly the best.

Wow this is weird, we as gamers should also care about education because it relates and stems to all of the other issues? But immediately the economy is the obvious answer.
