I still visit Gamespot somewhat regularly for news.  Going there doesn't make you a traitor.  It's so annoying hearing people say stuff like that.  I won't be watching the Assassin's Creed video because I disappointed by the first game and really don't care about how the second one turns out.

I watched a part of it already. Couldn't be arsed to watch the full thing. Basically, there was too much talking and they kept walking around and falling.

I'm not going to watch it.  I have to wait until a little while to get this game anyways.  -__-

I watched a few minutes.  The fact that I find Gamespot's personalities kind of boring combined with them being on a shorter leash than say, Giantbomb, makes these kinds of things less interesting. 
 
Edit:  AC2 looks okay, though. 

Watch the video.  I did.  It shows off the game pretty well and does so without going into too much story information.  Then again, people seem WAY more sensitive to spoilers than I am, so take my recommendation with a grain of salt.  On GAF people actually put spoiler tags around Venice.  Because it's a location in the game.  That was shown at E3.  Blech.

Not going to watch. I have been avoiding anything AC2 related since it's showing on the Sony Conference back in June. 

Why not watch it? 

don't ever refer to any site other than giantbomb by using the words "quick look". how dare you. its a hands on preview everywhere else.

Quick Looks are a fun idea and everyone should be doing them, if you're bitching about other sites having better content, get a life seriously.

One thing I noted from this video is that there are still a lot of videogame contrivances, such as a group of people standing around in a circle for the purpose of you to get in the middle and blend in to avoid guards, which still could have been handled more transparently, but then, it *is* still a game, and I can see why the designers wanted to make certain options for escape stand out to the player more.

There's no problem with checking out Gamespot's content, especially if it's something Giantbomb hasn't gotten around to yet (because it's a Sunday).

I watched it, and its lame. The guy playing can't stop fucking up, and as a result you only get to see one two minute mission.

i probably will watch it since im not getting it anyways since i didnt really like the 1st but i would like to see how the 2nd one is..

I watched about 7 minutes But I couldn't enjoy it with Kevin talking no offense to the guy but he is a terrible narrator, and whoever was playing the game seemed a little meh.

for anyone wondering, it is NOT the first 40 minutes, it is a select 40 minutes early in the game. the first half of the video is all just KVO trying to get to a mission, and getting caught over and over. then he talks to Leo, runs to the next mission, fails twice and gives up.

That was an absolute terrible quick look.

I didn't have any problems with the narration, but Kevin was definitely very poor at playing the game.  I would have liked to seen the new features more than demonstrating the first game's features...

Watched some of it, but the guy who was playing and talking, was annoying listening to. The game actually looks really cool, it sounds and looks like its a big improvement from the first one

Would rather watch the eventual GB quicklook.

It think he's referring to the "I won't watch it because that'd be treachery" part. "

I'm not going to watch it, it's the personalities that make a quick look for me, not the game... and personality is something that a big corprate machine like Gamespot simply doesn't have any more.

Not to jump into the whole ridiculous GameSpot/GiantBomb war but... Erm... They do Quick Looks? I thought that was a GiantBomb idea? Is it something that started over at GameSpot?

i did watch and it was terrible,  KVO just kept getting chased by guards every time he set foot on the streets
