    So I just got this on sale on xbox But was wondering what DLC I need for the true ending. do I need to buy it all or just part IV

    Just Part IV. It's all you need, and it's pretty amazing.

    The other DLC sub-chapters don't flesh anything out, and aren't very interesting.
