    Game Information

During development, the central idea for Atomic Brawl was to create a compelling and deep strategy game that could be played on a casual timeframe.

Atomic Brawl is a multiplayer browser game where you can compete against other players in real-time or asynchronously. It features 180 cards that players can collect as rewards for playing the game. The game takes place on hex based grid forcing players to consider positional strategy in addition to card composition. A single game of Atomic Brawl can be started a home computer, continued on a tablet, and then completed at work or a friends house. The game uses strict HTML (no flash) so it does not require anything other than a browser to be installed.

    Game History

Atomic Brawl was in development for 3 years. Development started in April of 2011, and the game was launched in September of 2013. It was created by 2 developers (Chris Shorrock and Ken Pratt) who did all the programming. The game was self-funded and used external resources for all art assets. Atomic Brawl was in private beta for the last year of development and focused on game balance, and sub-feature development.
