    Based on some quick googling, it looks like Audiosurf supports FLAC but not ALAC.

    Audiosurf can play .m4a files, as long as there is no DRM attached to them. Do you have iTunes Plus? Otherwise, you'll have to get rid of the DRM yourself.

    FLAC should work with no problems, though.
