I attended the Bad Company 2: Vietnam Developer Chat earlier today, here is some of information I was able to obtain:
Vietnam Information:
Music
While in an American vehicle, use the d-pad to change radio channels. (X button on the PC)Vietnamese vehicles do not have radios.
There is over 2-hours of licensed soundtrack. (Fortunate Son and Ride of the Valykries were confirmed)
Flamethrower
The flamethrower is a primary weapon for all classes. The ammo can be replenished via ammo boxes.Shooting the tanks on the back of someone with a flamethrower will not cause them to explode.
Tanks can use flamethrowers as alternate fire.
General Information
Syringes are the replacement for the defibrillators, however, they cannot kill enemy soliders. Repair torches can, though.

My question regarding the "You Win/Loss" glitch was never answered.
In Rush, you will be destroying radio communication boxes, not M-Coms.
There will be no disc-release for Vietnam.
Exp earned in Vietnam go into your overall Bad Company 2 rank. All weapons in Vietnam are unlocked from the start.
Recons have both mortar strikes and TNT equipped at the same time.
