There are plenty of people who play. And both versions look good. And both have their share of online issues. There is no definitive "better" one.

I've only played the 360 version of the game but it's really great.

If you're buying it to play with friends, I guess it depends on what your friends are playing it on. I'm having a good time with the 360 version and thinking about picking it up for the PS3 as well because I have just as many friends with the PS3 version.

I've heard that the PS3 version has better analog stick mapping resulting in better feeling aim. I own the PC version, but I rented the 360 version and it was competent. But the aiming on 360 felt bad compared to other games.

You'll HATE the squad interface on console after playing on PC though. Maybe it's better now further after release since more folks know how to use the squads, but being stuck with two dumbasses and not being able to find another squad sucks.

My PS3 version runs smoother and better than on my 1 year old PC. They did a horrible job optimizing it for the PC.

Personally, it's the preferred way to play it.  I've played the PC version as well, and it's great too...but the Bad Company experience feels more suited for consoles than PC.

I hear the PS3 was the lead platform if that's what you fancy.

Stick with the PC, there is absolutely no reason why you should buy it on a console.

I just got off playing it a few minutes ago. It plays great. If you have the extra money to spend and have some friends to play with then it is worth it.

@bcooper56:  Get it for the 360 and squad up with the folks here in the GB community. There is also a list of players here on the PS3 as well. Either way, its a win for you.

If you're not the type to flip out that it's inferior to the PC version it's a great game.

Really? I'm running it on highest settings on a 2 year old computer and I average at about 40-50 FPS.
