    Battlefield 2142 never really took off compared to 1942 but you never know.

    A fair point. It might be a nice thing to do. They had a pretty strong push with 1943, maybe they would do it again.

    Yup, after the immense success of Battlefield: 1943, it would make a lot of sense for EA to release another game of similar scope. 
     
    Whether that is 1943: Europe, Battlefield: Vietnam, or 1943... who knows.

    I never liked 2143 due to the Sci-Fi setting.  >.> 
     
    I'd prefer if they made a proper 1942 Expansion with BF3.
