Great game if given the time.
Let me start off by saying this is a must have for any collection. I highly recommended this title not for it's story line (which is lacking incredibly), but for it's gameplay. When the game first came out I rented it three time and could not get into it. I love first person shooters, but this game didn't grab me like that at first. Nor did it the second or third time. The other day I was in Walmart and seen it on sale. All add-ons included for 29.99. I though about it for a long time and decided that the fourth time was a charm.. And oh was it ever! I popped it in and started my rain through it. Ever since I put it in that faithful time (fourth) I haven't been able to put it down. The graphics are cartoonish, but not so bad that it ruins anything. Really I only have 2 1/2 complains about this game. (1) The story is beyond lame. If you pick this game up you will not be playing it for the main story line. It is so watered down, and forgettable that I'm not going to even bother getting into it. (2) Lack of character customization. In the beginning you choose one of four characters. The Soldier, Hunter, Siren, or "The Brick" (Berserker). each character has their own special skill which makes you want to go back again, and again just to see which character has the best "special ability." [SPOILER: The Soldier]. That is as far as the customization goes though. You get to choose their clothing color, but that is it. No alt clothing, or hats, or anything (other than weapons). Let me get this last complaint out of the way. This one isn't really the games fault so I will not really count it against the game itself. (1/2) If you play this game online; than do everyone a favor. If your going to play for three minutes than quit when it gets tough than just don't bother playing at all. That is my only complaints though. Other than that this game is worth every penny you pay for it. The weapon count in this game is unbelievable, and it extremely addictive. Go pick this one up NOW!
