A simple 2D platformer in the vain of Boulderdash and Mr.Do
A 1984 game from Mastertronic with boulder-pushing as the goal. Despite sharing its name with the Japanese title for Mega Man, it is wholly unrelated.
A puzzle game from dB Soft for various home systems. It was the first dB Soft game on the Famicom. The player controls a mole-like creature named Flappy and must push a blue rock onto its platform on each stage.
Mr. Do! is an Arcade style game similar to Dig Dug and Pac-Man, in which a clown is charged with the mission to either collect all cherries or kill all enemies.
The Pit could be considered a precursor to Boulder Dash. It was originally released in the arcades and later ported to the Commodore 64.
Dig dug is an arcade game released in 1982. The objective is to kill the underground monsters by either squishing them under a rock through the tunnels you create or by popping them using your weapon directly.
As an Irish miner named Timothy O'Riley you must dig mines in search after valuable resources such as oil, diamonds and gold while you at the same time have to avoid evil creatures that dwell underground.
