Bully: Scholarship Edition
Did you ever wonder what Grand Theft Auto would be like if it was based in a school?
Yeah, me neither. Well, I hadn't until I heard about Bully. Released in 2006 for the Playstation. 2, Bully was a fun but controversial game about a bullied kid taking the fight back to the ones doing the bullying. The game got really positive reviews and the game was memorable, funny and most importantly, good. Now Bully has been given a makeover for the Xbox 360 but is this game still as fun as it was in October 2006 or has beating up defenceless kids gotten boring?

The story in Bully: Scholarship Edition is the same as it was in the original but there have been 8 extra missions added in for good measure. There's also been 4 new classes added in, a few new classes and achievements.
Obviously, this is rockstar game so going to want to get 100% completion. To do this you'll have to complete all missions, errands, classes, win all bike and go-kart races, buy all items of clothing, take a picture of every single student for the yearbook etc. etc. It's a lot of work and should keep you busy for 25-30 hours at least.
The graphics in Scholarship Edition are much improved from the original but they're only marginally improved from the Wii version of Scholarship Edition, which isn't too great for a 360 game.
The game is a little flawed and from time to time your game may take too long to load, not start or on one occasion for me, freeze. This isn't a big problem as it doesn't happen too often but you've just got to remember to keep saving your game if you've been playing for over an hour.
The game also features two- player mode but it's basically just little minigames you can play with a friend. It sucks compared to how fun the single-player is.
Overall, Bully: Scholarship is a good funny game that has loads of depth to it and tons of memorable characters. The two-player and freezing let it down a little bit but don't do enough to harm this great game.
