I recently foound my Burnout 3 Takedown Official Sound track and decided to rip it to my PC. After listening to them for a week I found my Revenge OST and looked at the tracks and was disappointed to see a slip in great music. BO3 had the best songs from Rookie of the Year - Funeral for a Friend, C'Mon - Go Betty Go, Just Tonight - Jimmy Eat World, Breathing - Yellowcard, actually the list is endless they are pretty much all good tracks.

What really makes it work is that these are amazing drivng songs, great for racing, great to get you pumping.
Just wondered if anyone felt the same.

A million times yes. The Burnout 3 soundtrack did more for my musical taste than anything else ever. Besides Funeral For a Friend and that reggae sounding one, I love every song on that soundtrack.

You know, I dismissed it back in 2004, but I've recently realized how much I have warmed up to the pop-rock and pop-emo in the past 5 years.

I'd argue Burnout 3 is the best in the series.

It was hit and miss for me. Midnight club 2 was slightly better for my tastes.

You're right. It's also just the best game in the series too.

I prefer Burnout Paradise in its current form.
