Hazama works for the intelligence department of the NOL (Novus Orbis Librarium). In the story he travels around and gives orders to Noel. At the end of the story, he reveals himself to be the evil being Terumi or at least his vessel.

Ragna the Bloodedge is one of the fighters in the game BlazBlue: Calamity Trigger. His Drive Ability ("Soul Eater") absorbs the opponent's life.
Relius Clover

Father of Carl Clover. Relius is a major antagonist in Continuum Shift, attempting to capture Noel Vermillion for his nefarious experiments.
