    Would be willing to trade your Club Nintendo Coins/Stars for Nintendo Points (formally known as Wii Points) that can be used to download content to your Wii and DSi system.

    I think he means the points you can buy to get WiiWare and Virtual Console games. Trading the Club Nintendo coins for them.

    I don't understand the question either. 
     
    We here in Europe can use our "stars", to get Wii Points and DSi Points on our Club Nintendo catalogue.
