I'm not sure if this is a glitch or something but I'm having some trouble with the part where you are pursing the Korean general (forget his name) in the hovercraft. I get to part when he rides up and around the frozen tanker (where one of the aliens bursts out of the ice when you go over) but then he just seems to completely disappear. If I check the map, he is just in some random seemingly unreachable spot on the map. And Emma says "We lost him again. Meet up with Eagle Team while I try to get a lock on him". But the objective doesn't change or anything like that. On top of that, I'm at a complete dead end. If I keep going, then I just hit the Koreans battling the giant alien ship. So, how the hell do I get to this guy?

There's a ramp at the right, just look for it.
