    I just beat the game on Apocalyptic difficulty, and didn't get any achievements. Actually, I didn't get any achievements since I collected the Armageddon Blade. I'm playing Steam version (1.1).

    A bunch of the achievements are bugged. As far as I know, there are no fixes for it.

    Same thing happened to me :/

    That's got to do with the game losing connection to Steam, even for just a second. If the connection hiccups, you can't earn achievements without restarting the game. If you plan on going back to get the missing achievements, it should be pretty simple to speedrun the game on Easy with an achievement guide. Save right before you know an achievement will unlock and restart the game if you don't get it.
