    I cannot select the mask and it look like he is already wearing it. I tried going back to the dashboard and loading the game back but it does not work. I don't have any saves to go back on and honestly there is no way I am going to restart the game. Any help is greatly appreciated.

    You equip the mask using the right trigger, it goes on the d-pad with the Switchblade, gun, and hookshot contraption.
