Wow, I was just on Twitter when Dave Lang asked if anyone from the UK had a PS3 and Vita. When I replied that I had, he sent me code to unlock both versions as he wanted to check the codes were working.

I will post some impressions when I have played it but from a person who does not usually like and is terrible at fighting games I am looking forward to this.

I'm in the same boat - I usually end up playing a fighting game for a couple days before I get bummed that I'm not very good.

That being said, I am really looking forward to your impressions for that reason!

I won a PS3/Vita code on the EVO stream. I'm just waiting until they get sent out. I'm hoping before next week, but I doubt it.

I was just about to be all complainy that I didn't get my code yet then I got an email from Dave saying ps3 or Steam version. Fuck, fuck, fuck. I think I'll go with the ps3 version due to playing locally with friends.

OK, this game is great fun (of course).

Two buttons to control everything is a masterstoke of design, simple and yet there are some complexity to when you activate your super (by pressing both dive and kick buttons). these buttons can be redefined at any menu.

The play modes are Story, Versus, and Online. There are 13 characters (so far) selectable.

When you buy it also make sure to check out the credits in the options menu as they have outtakes from the trailers they have made staring Dave Lang - very funny.
