    Douglas Williamsburg is a multiplayer character from Anarchy Reigns. He witnessed his wife and child eaten alive by mutants and nearly died from the attack himself if not for managing to hook what was left of his body to a new cybernetic form. His head is the only thing left from his natural body pushing 180 plus years old after spending decades hunting down mutants and wiping them out. Douglas' killer weapons are a pair of pilebunkers mounted in his arms that function like jackhammers. He calls them 'The Twins', also known as Romeo and Julio.
