    Overview

    Edgar Oinkie is a portly man in a pig mask and mutliplayer character from Anarchy Reigns. He was once a scientist who used his own body for experimentation. Injecting himself with a drug he dubbed "The Juice", it lets him temporarily transform into a powerful green scaled mutant for crushing blows and lethal strikes. He set up shop in Valenda, and old military port, and used his new abilities to steal cybernetic parts from unassuming victims. He used a junk shop to fence these parts until he amassed a fortune.

    The sheer amount of his riches let him dominate the Valenda area and litter the area with bars and casinos designed to increase his wealth. Killseekers desperate for scraps of his fortune follow his orders giving him the influence of a crime boss rather than a businessman. Whether Oinkie's greed, fondness for pig puns, and bacon is a side effect of The Juice is unconfirmed. His only drive now is finding more ways to get more money at any cost.
