Can anyone help me with this? Whenever I go to test map it just loads forever...I have placed spawn points and the playable zone is stretched out as far as it goes...

Update your drivers maybe. This game is extremely picky with your graphics card.

Well... You can't troubleshoot that sort of thing on a console. So keep trying or go exchange it.
