We have a bit of gameplay video now and this game looks a lot like Persona 3.  Basically take Persona 3 and change the camera angle and a bit of the character design. 
  

Some UI and roaming aspects of it are quite reminiscent of Persona 3. However, if you've played it, you would know that much of the game is not. 
 
Also, this game does not take place in the Fate/stay night universe. But it reuses a lot of character designs for parallel universe versions of them.
 
I know you posted this a long time ago, but I just wanted to clarify that.

The game mostly appeals to fans of Type-Moon, but on its own it's pretty mediocre. I found myself playing it just to see what happens next in the story, rather than because I enjoyed the gameplay. 
 
That is not a good selling point.

Type-Moon's stuff is incredibly creative, I fully agree. But have you played Extra? There's not a whole lot of innovation or originality to the gameplay. The biggest reason to play it is for Nasu Kinoko's writing, and if you're a fan of TM's other work. "

Type-Moon's forays into other genres have never really worked out that well. They should stick to visual novels.

What are you talking about?  Both Melty Blood and Battle Moon Wars were pretty well received.  And hey, I LIKE Persona and Fate/Stay Night, so This would be interesting to see.

Yeah, I've seen this before, its quite a shameless rip-off to be honest! I'm pretty sure two key ex-Atlus staffers are working on it too, so yeah.
