    I've beaten the game and so far i've only got the camoa cup to appear on the quest roster. how do i get the other tournaments

    The first tournament (which is Camoa Cup) is available very early in the game, you don't have to finish the game to unlock the tournaments. As you complete Camoa Cup, another tournament will be unlocked and so on and so forth.
