Hey Duders,

Here is the latest Deep Look! Deep Looks are largely gameplay and commentary like a Giantbomb quicklook; however, I try to cover games that have been out for a while and I intend to use the videos to highlight moments and mechanics that I found particularly worthy of highlighting and exploring. Also I aim to keep the videos under 20 minutes.

In this Deep Look I begin my preparation for Giantbomb.com's Community Endurance Run by outlining some of my early FF8 speed run strategies. I break down my early plan of attack and how I plan to grind my way to early success. Come learn a few tips for speeding up your playthroughs of FF8. Also if you know a trick that I'm not mentioning then please share! I need all the info I can get for this big challenge!

Based on my poll from earlier this week I'm going to be attempting an all GF run AND I'm going to attempt to kill both Ultima and Omega Weapons. This should be fun, if a bit more daunting than I had originally thought.

I'm happy to say that my good friend @rothgar is going to be joining me during my stream. He's going to be around for moral support and he is planning on speed running a game of his own. That should help me keep my sanity during the run.
