@freedom4556: Well fwiw the MMO was a PS2 game (later on 360), though that wouldn't have helped the unemployed part.
I know FF XI was on PS2, but you needed like a hundred bucks of HDD and network adaptor, and cabled internet to the console, in addition to the subscription. I can't remember if you had to get those things separately or if their was a bundle.
