Any Idea When They Record The Bombcast?

I'm sure it varies, and this is more a curiosity question than anything, but when do they record the BombCast? I was expecting a ton of GamesCom news discussed in this weeks BombCast (PS3 Slim, PSP Comics, EA presser, etc, etc) but there wasn't even a passing mention.
 
The reason I ask is because I thought they recorded on Tuesday afternoon - which with my basic knowledge of timezones suggests that all this stuff would have long been available on various news sources long before they recorded.
 
It's making me wonder if they record the Bombcast on Monday and then schedule it to appear on the Tuesday. Just curious. I'm sure it depends on their schedule. Just struck me as odd that the evening Bombcast after all the influx of GamesCom news didn't mention any of it.

They record it late on a Monday. American time.

Normal people don't discuss their weekends on Tuesdays.

So, why can't they make it a Monday show? That'd make my Mondays better!

Is it really? I never noticed this either - solid fact or are you assuming?

You can totally tell when they say "Oh right! Today's Tuesday, huh?"
 
Again like Jeff was with the Crackdown premium theme, you just don't discuss your weekends as a fresh topic on a Tuesday.

Yeah, editing. You know how how sometimes they have to take a break because they'd lose space on the hard drive? Well, it's not because 35mb is causing that. Raw audio is way too taxing.
