1Up yours is alright, I don't find it that great though. Every podcast has its own flavour and tone, and I like what Bombcast offers. I do listen to 1UP yours, and the hotspot but i've yet to enjoy any of those episodes more than a bombcast. Thats just me.

I was just thinking about something just earlier when listening to Jeff's guest appearance on Games Radar. There are plenty of good podcasts out there. I used to be into exclusively Gamespot's and 1up's, and then GB came out. I really only listen to the Bombcast exclusively now. Now that I had a listen to a Games Radar's cast I find nothing wrong with it, but I probably won't listen to it again. I have just found my flavor, and a lot of it has to be mostly familiarity, and a kin to how opinions are expressed by the GB crew to being similar to my own. When I listen to all the other podcasts I can find the same qualities that I could get from GB, in some ways things are better, like in the Games Radar cast I found it enjoyable that they would have BGM playing almost all the time that for some reason fit the mood of what they were discussing. Something like that could go south really quick and GR pulled it off well... at least in the cast Jeff featured. Gamespot lost me because of their strict self censoring (Vinny and Gallup being gone also didn't help), but most other casts don't care if they say FUCK, or the fact I could even type that in right now... FUCK... thankyou for that, i feel free. Gamespot, IGN, and 1up do have some merits that they get a lot of strings pulled for getting exclusive info, something unfortunate about smaller sites that have to really fish for.
