Drew/Jeff meme pictures
Someone (GB member?) collected all of the Drew memes (so far) in one handy list. Thanks to Alex Shea

@takayamasama: Wow, it's such a minor moment, I'm kinda surprised someone ever made a gif of it. Memes work in mysterious ways.
They've added him to Knowyourmeme.
I found out about this through Reddit, first time I look in months and I see Drew in the popular section.
@creazd: They refer to Jeff as Jeff Gershman on that site which cracks me up.
@gunflame88: get out.

This.
@vincentvendetta: *fans self*
@vincentvendetta: Holy shit.
@vincentvendetta: Holy hell man I thought that this was a SFW forum. God damn.
This is currently the top "HAHA" twitter moment. Whoever made it mostly got the crediting right!

It's a shame he didn't get a more clever meme name than "blinking white guy," though.
Does Drew get to live forever now? That's how this works right?
For whatever reason I find the image of a Drew in the year 2070 still obsessing over aviation of the 1900s hilarious to me.

When Ava DuVernay clapped back with a Drew. I have no idea what to say to this beast.
By the way, did @fobwashed make that gif originally?
Haven't listened to the podcast, but off the top of my head, this is an image of Jeff that I've seen used as a meme:

I've generally seen it used as a "I've been in [video game/piece of software] for too long" or something similar to indicate spending hours on the computer and completely losing track of time. Not necessarily VR. I've seen it here and there, but for the life of me I can't find many instances of it through Google searches, so I suspect it must have some nickname I don't know and it's likely completely dissociated from Jeff's name.
No idea with Drew, I've only seen Drew memes on this site, or threads about this site. He works best in gif form.

In regards to Jeff, I remember doing this one a long while back. It didn't hit meme levels but it got around a bit.

If Ryan were still alive, this would have killed Ryan. He would have laughed himself to death.
I remember the gang being really pumped about Dan Ryckert's bone-in vs. boneless tweet becoming an international topic for a day. Weird to look back at that now that Ryckert has an established history with the site.
@dudeglove: I like how, in the animated version, the out-of-focus stuff behind Drew just becomes white circles and a teal blob.
Been seeing this everywhere (a girl I work with, replies over twitter to NBA players, etc etc etc) and it's so odd.
@dudeglove: thisisntevenmyfinalform.gif
Drew now owns the first Google search results page of "guy blinking."
Man, that's a whole lot of articles about a gif. I clicked one at random and found this:
The interesting thing about this meme's positioning on the viral internet is that it's completely mainstream and Twitter-based. Unlike a lot of memes that start on Twitter (especially in the Black Twittersphere) and end up co-opted by Reddit and 9gag, "Dank meme" subreddits and meme economy investors don't seem interested in this one at all. [...] Blinking White Guy might be the first big Twitter trend of the year to go completely ignored by people who consider themselves serious about memes.
BIGGER!
WE GOIN GLOBAL BOYS
I'm from outside of the US and can confirm this. One of the major newspapers from my country (Portugal) posted an article about the gif on their website and facebook page.

Because I am portuguese as well, I have to ask, qual foi o jornal?
