Request for a change to the Bombcast

I would like to formally ask Ryan  (a great podcast host) to allow Jeff the privilege of choosing the emails and reading them. Bombcast members who agree should "sign" this "petition" with their posts.

Until you convince me that something is wrong with how Ryan conducts the emails segment I'm not signing a damn thing.

He can be a bit dismissive of long-winded emails. But somebody's gotta keep the show moving.

I find their discussions regarding most e-mails to be pretty funny.  They can't all be winners.

Having said that, you have no idea what the e-mails that Ryan receives say, so how can you argue that he doesn't pick the good ones?  For all you know Jeff just lucks out once in a while and gets sent some better e-mails...I've never noticed this though.

I'd get onboard with this. Let somebody who doesn't repeatedly express disdain for what their fans send in pick what gets read out. I'm not saying they don't get shitty emails sent in, but I know a good amount of people on this forum that send good stuff that gets ignored.

I agree on Jeff's choosing of emails. ryan is always(let's end this, im tierd) Jeff is like; whatever, let's listen/make fun of you silly people^^ imo though :)

Last time, it was only funny because he didn't have the proper emails so he answered questions on Formspring

I don't really care about who chooses the emails but I do think the Bombcast needs a shake-up in some way.

I'd say go one further and get Jeff to host it. For me, Jeff keeps it moving more steadily and keeps up the energy while it seems when Ryan's hosting there's a 5 second pause of silence between every second sentence. I feel like the 2.5 hours could be cut down to 2 or less if it weren't for the pauses. I feel like they could pack it more densely, like the HotSpot was.

I really liked the bombcast were Jeff hosted and chose questions from formspring. That was one of the best "e-mail" segments in a long time.
So I approve of this request.

My main request would be for Ryan to stop fucking butting in and cutting people off. So what if it cause the podcast to be longer; all the more for us damnit.

I've always liked the email section and wished it was longer.  I like hearing them just answer random questions!

I support this endeavor whole heartedly as I believe Jeff is worth at least 1.02 Ryans in all endeavors
