Combine: "Mods" and "Mod Support"

I think the " Mods" and " Mod Support" pages could be combined. Any game that has mod support would make sense to just relate with the "Mods" page instead of having it split. Plus the "Mods" page is better filled out.

Mod Support describes a game where the developer provides the tools, but it is possible to create a mod for a game that does not specifically support the ability.

I suppose that makes sense, but it seems like a silly distinction to make.

I've personally only used the Mods concept for games that are themselves mods, but I suspect that's not what everyone has been doing.
