Combine: Time Limit and Countdown Timer

While the countdown timer page is more awesome, I think its actually more suited as a subtopic under Time Limit. They describe very similar concepts with the only difference being in representation (count up and count down).

Not necessarily. There are plenty of games where you have to perform an action without having any indication of how much time you have left.
That being said, a merge is probably for the best.
