Either way I don't think Create A Character needs to exist. What the user is basically describing is a pre-order bonus/demo that allows you to create a character before the game comes out. But it's the same tool used in the actual game. Considering we don't list demos and that the creation tool is already in the game itself, I'd say delete it.
@Marino: Well we do list games that have a official non in-game level editors. I suppose that you could see this a bit as the same, that is if you remove the "community" part out of the description and change the title of the concept. Well the way it is now it can't stay anyway especially since most games have fan made modding tools.
