I Want a Better Image Uploader

...Or whatever you call it.  Could someone please tell me why this button only exist  
on the forums and not when I try to upload images to a gallery?

The gallery set button is to add a whole gallery into a forum post, like this:

It would be great if you could be able to upload a gallery when editing the wiki, and then be able to move around with them, instead of them being stuck in the gallery-set-skeleton-box that you cant manipulate with.
 
Would be a whole lot easier when adding, for instance, a weapon list to a page, with images of every weapon.

Except that people of course wouldn't move them, or can't because it won't work in their browser, and then the wiki would contain a useless gallery that's redundant with the existing image gallery.

I was thinking more of the use of sub-galleries as shortcuts, to faster find the image one's looking for.
Like it is right now... not fun.
